Yep, Halle Berry's beau Olivier Martinez is officially her fiance!
The French actor, who was in Miami's South Beach for the opening of his restaurant Villa Azur Saturday, confirmed his engagement to the actress, telling Miami.com, "Yes, of course it's true!"
Was Olivier Martinez smart enough to put a ring on it?
It seemed to be the case after photogs caught shots of Halle Berry accessorized with a certain piece of jewelry on a very specific finger.

So, are they playing it coy or is that just a random piece of jewelry that she decided to place on her ring finger (knowing we'd totally get excited)? Either way, the duo have surpassed Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger's expectations, so that's good!

So who is the real designer behind the emerald-and-yellow-gold sparkler? Olivier revealed the ring's true designer is "real artist" Robert Mazio, a jeweler from his Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood in Paris, whose family has been designing jewelry for "kings and queens for many centuries."
