Abhishek injured while Aishwarya & daughter in Dubai

Junior Bachchan suffered a muscle tear in his lower back

While Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and 'Beti B' take their first overseas break from the mundane in Dubai, Abhishek Bachchan is feeling their absence - sorely.
Papa B of the four-month-old Aaradhya has sustained a muscle tear in his lower back and if his tweet is to be believed, his injury has landed him in bed.
"A Sunday in bed. Although forced. Have been staring at the ceiling all morning,Have a muscle tear in my lower back.
Abhishek Bachchan had earlier fractured his finger while shooting for 'Bol Bachchan' in Jaipur.
This injury couldn't have come at a worse time considering that this is the first time that Aishwarya has taken up a formal engagement and is away from Mumbai.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai was the perfect picture of style, elegance and womanhood at the Dubai World Cup event on March 31, where she gave away the Most Elegant Lady prize as the Longines brand ambassador.
Even if Ash was planning to soak in the sun, sand and the sea in Dubai (the Bollywood couple own a villa on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah), she will probably hot-foot it back to Mumbai with her daughter in tow, to provide the much-needed healing touch to Abhishek.
Hopefully, Ash's next venture out with Aaradhya will be under more auspicious circumstances.

Rajinikanth starts filming his 'Kochadaiyaan'

The Southern superstar appeared healthy and ready to star in this ground-breaking film.

Superstar Rajinikanth appeared to be in the pink of health, putting to rest all those rumours that had his ailing health taking centre stage last year, with the actor jetting off to London over the weekend to launch his highly anticipated film, “Kochadaiyaan – The Legend.”
Joining him at the launch was daughter and film director, Soundarya, along with Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman and film producer Dr J Murali of Media One Global Entertainment.

The Tamilian film, which is also set to release in Hindi, English, Telugu and Japanese, is set to rival Hollywood masterpiecesas “Avatar” and “The Adventures of Tin Tin” in terms of ground breaking special effects.
A first within the Indian realm of movie making, “Kochadayiaan” is said to feature the visual mastery of Performance Capturing with Photorealistic Technology, which is said to transcend thestate-of-the-art advanced technology and the CGI capabilities utilised in Hollywood.
The period film sees Rajinikanth play the archetypal superhero in the epic dramatisation of good versus evil. Also starring are Bollywood’s Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff and South India’s stars R Sarathkumar, Aadhi and Shobana.
“Kochadaiyaan” is expected to release during the Indian festival of Diwali this year, with Rajinikanth confirming the news to the media earlier this month at the airport before he started to London for 20 days shooting along with Soundarya and Ravikumar.
Rajinikanth has also sung a song in this film after 21 years, which is said to be a philosophical theme song; this is the second time that the actor has crooned for a film. Earlier he had sung a song called “Adikuthu Kuliru” in the film “Mannan” that was released in 1992.
The film will be released worldwide by Eros International.
